Color Bevels

Is there such thing? Or commercial bevels are always colorless and I have to use something like color cellophane as background "to color" bevels?

Yes, they do exist; Dennis Swan can make them:

You can also plate a color behind a clear bevel. Not a great effect, you don't get any shading from the thickest part to the edges.
