This was part of a very large estate we inherited.  Many items were antiques...and some things had no value at all.  However, I learned the hard way that each and every item needs to be research before it is tossed.  Stuff I thought was just junk...turned out it wasn't.  I have tried researching leaded glass and quality, craftsmanship, and value.  It is all foreign to me.  I did keep a beautiful slag lamp but this piece screams junk.  If someone could confirm this I would feel better about tossing it.  Thank you for your consideration.

Beauty is often in the eye of the beholder, one's trash is another's treasure.......

If there are not many broken pieces and the shade is in good shape I would say it isn't trash worthy! Try a light bulb in it and it might change your mind or interest another!

Thanks for your post.  There are no broken pieces....however....I am just looking for confirmation that this is not something valuable.  I would hate to find out otherwise after I have given it to the Goodwill.

Until I see it physically I don't like to say one way or the other, however, from the photos I would not think that you are giving away a treasure.

I like the colors but the leading in this piece.....well....sloppy to say the least.  It looks just like the photos.  :/

Colorful, but not something valuable from what I see.

Me thinks its next home is Goodwill.  Maybe someone else will find it in their heart to hang it in their home.
