I checked a website that I use frequently, abebooks.com, and found that book for $8! Abe books is a site that sells used books and you can find most anything there. I have been very satisfied w/ the condition of the books and their service. (I have no business relationship w/ them, by the way...).

For that price you should get all the materials in kit form with the book.
